Define and manage the execution the product roadmap for Reporting, Reconciliation and Transaction Management products. Working in the space of payment acceptance and payment management, my portfolio consists of tools to create payments, search for payments, and reconcile payment activity.

Define and implement the strategy for distribution of products to key external stakeholders including enterprise merchants and strategic partners. Senior Product Manager, Technical

Manage an internal portal website that serves four main customer segments: API developers, application developers, product managers, and engineering leaders. My product serves as an API catalog and reference for approximately 150 API products. Our mandate is to support the company-wide effort to build a high-quality portfolio of RESTful services upon which application developers can iterate quickly to build great apps.

Translate product vision into an actionable backlog and drive execution across functional domains. Teams I work with include service developers, user interface engineers, visual and experience designers, and researchers.

Use web analytics, customer surveys, user interviews, and other feedback to refine the product offering, develop new features, and inform priorities. Release product on a two week cadence to allow for short product refinement cycles.

Communicate and defend priorities to stakeholders, engineering and product leaders, and delivery teams; weigh competing demands and make tough product prioritization decisions.

Senior User Interface Engineer

As a User Interface Engineer at PayPal, built the interface layer for beautiful new customer experiences, leveraging some of the web's most exciting new technologies (jQuery, Backbone.js, Node.js, dust, CSS3).

Worked shoulder to shoulder with Creative teams and business owners to develop high fidelity prototypes, and then harden those experiences into web applications backed by a Java middle tier.

Senior Web Developer

As part of a team of engineers, built large ecommerce websites like macys.com, homedepot.com, blockbuster.com, wamumortgage.com. Served on the away team deployed to the Macy's site to train in-house engineers and hand off a complex website.

Food Bank

September 1996 - June 1999

Program Coordinator

Coordinated Family Harvest and Operation Brown Bag, programs that together served food to almost 2,000 hungry people at many sites around San Mateo County.

Developed relationships with community organizations to reach and serve local communities. Trained and coordinated a small army of volunteers to sort and distribute food.
